1. Improve the performance of each pupil under my care in Joy Centre Nursery and Primary (within 1994-1995) and Royal Light Nursery and Primary School (1995-1996) through periodic evaluation and planning.
2. Help mates in Federal College of Education (sp) Oyo to study effectively by organizing tutorial class for them.
3. Improve performance of pupils under my care in English language by introducing daily spelling section and impart environmental awareness through News-writing in pupils at Glory Emmanuel Private School, Lagos (2000-2002).
4. Enhance career focus of each students under my leadership in Bosol Gods-will school(2003-2006) through periodic organizing of professional day programme.
5. Impart godly charisma in students in Good Shepherd School and Elias College through insightful teaching.
6. Develop a functional library in Hephzibah School and encourages the students to cultivate good study habit.
7. Run series of social network sites through Gladstar Gifted and Talented Educational Centre (GGTEC) filled with articles and ideas committed to education for sustainable development, promoting excellent study skills, creative prowess and godly charisma having large followers.
9. Build up a team of talented students in mathematics/science who have been winning laurels for Government Junior college,agege, Lagos since June 2011 to June 2016.
10. Coordinated LearNigeria Assessment Project 2017. Supervised mapping, listing and assessment exercises carried out by Seventy-four volunteers in Ifako-ijaye and Badagry, Lagos.
